How we do things

Whether we are organizing a language course or a management development course, we don’t believe in magical ‘methods’ or panacea for every training need.

Our approach reflects the fact that individual learners vary in terms of needs and learning styles.

In the classroom our aim is to find the right mix of ingredients that will allow people to communicate the way they need to communicate.

A key feature of our approach lies in the development of tailored training materials, in partnership with our clients. This is an ongoing process.

Over they years we have developed a large corpus of unique materials that reflect the needs of our students and draw upon their particular experiences. This personal approach adds real value and complements our use of the best published training materials available (textbooks, audio-video supports, multimedia resources etc.).
