Their take on training?

“Years of international experience have taught us to be wary of magical ‘methods’ and panacea for learning needs. We match our approach to our trainees – not the other way round”.
“We believe that great training – like great communication – should always have 3 impacts. At the end of the training experience, participants should know something useful; they should feel something positive and they should be able to do something constructive with what they have learned. We call it the ‘KFD Principle’”.

Brendan and Rossella head a team of 25 teachers and trainers from 8 different countries.
